Do Better for the Children (DBC) operates under statutory registration from the Department of Social Services (DSS DA-07605), Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC S-5672), and the NGO Affairs Bureau under the Prime Minister's Office (Reg. No. 2113). All operations adhere strictly to the laws of Bangladesh and international fiduciary transparency standards.
lock2. Donor Privacy & Fiduciary Confidentiality
• DBC strictly never sells, trades, rents, or commercializes donor personal data, email addresses, or transaction details to any third-party marketing agency.
• Corporate CSR and individual philanthropic transaction records are retained exclusively for certified statutory CA audits and statutory submissions to the NGO Affairs Bureau.
• Donors requesting anonymity are guaranteed complete confidentiality across all public records, signage, and annual impact documents.
shield_with_heart3. Strict Child Protection & Safeguarding (UNCRC)
• In full adherence to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), DBC enforces an absolute prohibition on publishing full legal names, private trauma narratives, or exact residential GPS coordinates of any minor.
• Imagery must depict children with full dignity, active learning, and optimism. Poverty exploitation and victimizing photographic angles are prohibited by institutional codification.
• All published visual media is subject to logged parental and community guardian consent protocols.
